DUPLICATE_LAYER (+DCL)_v4_02

Command: DUPLICATELAYER

This function creates new layer with the same properties as layer of selected object, then asks for a new name in dialog window and makes the new layer current. In dialog window it pastes old name in case the user wants f.e. to set a simillar name but with different sufix or prefix. 

Command: DUPLICATELAYERCURRENT

Function creates new layer with the same properties as current layer and makes it current
